CAFAA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

By submitting a membership application, you are agreeing to follow CAFAA's CODE OF ETHICS:

1.  The total responsibility of the individuals and companies engaged in  this industry is to our clients, our communities and our country.  We therefore pledge ourselves to the highest standards of performance and professional competency.

2.  Honesty and integrity, in all matters, is our guiding business policy.  We shall deal fairly with our competitors, employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and all others with whom this organization has contact.

3.  We recognize our responsibility to maintain a high standard of life and property safety in the systems we install and maintain.

4.  We are members of a progressive industry.  We will encourage development of equipment, materials and techniques, so that the consumer shall enjoy the greatest protection and value.

5.  We agree to encourage and support sound legislation affecting our industry and the people we serve.

6.  We hold inviolate the free enterprise system and the American Way of Life, and pledge support to our State Association, and to others concerned with the preservation of legitimate rights of freedom.

7.  We assume these responsibilities freely and solemnly, mindful that they are part of our obligation as a member of the Association.

There are two ways for you to submit your application:  1) online with integrated payment processing, OR  2) if you wish to complete a paper-copy of the Member Application, click the link below for a printable copy of the Application.  Print it, complete it and submit it to info@cafaa.com or fax it to 888.607-5959.  You will need to coordinate your payment with the CAFAA Administrator.

To finalize your online application, select either:

  • 'pay online' with a credit card which immediately activates your membership
    or 
  • 'invoice me' .  Your membership will be activated with payment receipt.

NOTE:  If you are joining mid-year, your dues amount will be pro-rated for the period that you will be an active member in the current membership year (with the exception of Affiliate Memberships).  However, if you join in the month of November or December, your dues amount will be for the next full year amount but your membership will be for the remaining current year as well as the next membership year.

MANAGE YOUR OWN PRIVACY SETTINGS - if you do not wish your contact information to be published on our website, you may suppress it's display. Here are the steps to change your Privacy setting yourself, after you complete your membership application:

1)  Login to CAFAA

2)  Click 'Profile'

3)  Click 'Privacy'

4) Click 'Edit'

5) Choose who can view your data and/or choose what data can be viewed.

6) Click 'Save' .  

If you wish CAFAA to make these changes for you, send an email to info@cafaa.com.  Please specify who (i.e. Anybody, Members, No Access) can view your data and indicate what data you wish to suppress.
