New- 2012 Annual Conference Registration Form, and payment information. We do offer two methods for payment.

• If you are paying by check, simply include your check for the appropriate amount with your 2012 Annual Conference registration form.
• If you want to pay by credit card, once you have completed and faxed your 2012 Annual Conference registration form, click on the link below labeled: "Cllick Here to go to the 2012 CAFAA Annual Conference Payment Page".

CAFAA uses "Pay Pal" for all credit card transactions. After selecting the appropriate registration categories you will be taken to a secure Pay Pal page to complete the required information. You do not need an ID or a password for Pay pal, just continue and enter your credit card information.
