New- 2010 Annual Conference Registration Form, and payment information. We do offer two methods for payment.
- If you are paying by check, simply include
your check for the appropriate amout with your 2010 Annual Conference registration form.
- If you want to pay by credit card, once you have completed and faxed your 2010 Annual Conference registration form, go to our "2010 Annual Conference Payment" page to complete the credit card transaction. Be sure to select the same registration categories you indicated on your registration form.
CAFAA uses "Pay Pal" for all credit card transactions. After selecting the appropriate registration categories you will be taken to a secure Pay Pal page to complete the required information. You do not need an ID or a password for Pay pal, just continue and enter your credit card information.
